Instructions
- Prepare the Vegetables: Wash and chop your potatoes and carrots. Place them at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Season the Roast: Pat the chuck roast dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the Ingredients: Place the seasoned roast on top of the vegetables, then add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce.
