- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Form the patties by shaping the ground beef into four equal patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from the skillet.
- Add the sliced onions to the same skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until soft and caramelized.
- Sprinkle the flour over the onions and stir to coat, cooking for an additional minute.
- Gradually pour in the beef broth, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, then return the patties to the skillet. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Serve the patties topped with gravy and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
