Description

A comforting and fulfilling frittata made with eggs, spring onions, and goat cheese, perfect for breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup spring onions, chopped
  • 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). While the oven warms up, gather your ingredients.
  2. Whisk together the six large eggs and half a cup of milk, adding a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the chopped spring onions and sauté for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour the egg and milk mixture over the sautéed spring onions in the skillet.
  6. Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese evenly over the top of the frittata.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Let the frittata cool for a few minutes before serving.
