- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup spring onions, chopped
- 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). While the oven warms up, gather your ingredients.
- Whisk together the six large eggs and half a cup of milk, adding a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped spring onions and sauté for about 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the egg and milk mixture over the sautéed spring onions in the skillet.
- Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese evenly over the top of the frittata.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Let the frittata cool for a few minutes before serving.
