Description

Delicious cheesecake bars made with fresh strawberries and a hint of rose water, perfect for sharing with loved ones.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 1 tablespoon rose water
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, diced (for topping)
  • Edible rose petals (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, then press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth. Add sour cream, eggs, pureed strawberries, and rose water, mixing until well blended.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the filling is set.
  5. Allow to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Cut into squares, top with diced strawberries, and garnish with edible rose petals before serving.

Notes

Be sure to let the cheesecake bars cool completely and chill for the best texture. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream for added delight.
