Description

A comforting stuffed chicken breast recipe filled with a creamy spinach and cheese mixture, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather all ingredients.
  2. In a bowl, combine spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  3. Carefully cut pockets into each chicken breast, ensuring not to slice all the way through.
  4. Spoon the filling into each chicken pocket and secure openings with toothpicks.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the stuffed breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
