Description

Delicious and easy Teriyaki Glazed Salmon Bowls with fresh vegetables and rice, perfect for a comforting weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup snap peas
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Brush each salmon fillet with teriyaki sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the broccoli, carrots, and snap peas for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Assemble the bowls with rice, topped with sautéed veggies and a salmon fillet.
  6. Drizzle with more teriyaki sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

Ensure not to overcook the salmon for the best texture; it should flake easily. Feel free to substitute the vegetables and protein as per your preference.
