- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brush each salmon fillet with teriyaki sauce and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the broccoli, carrots, and snap peas for 5-7 minutes.

- Drizzle with more teriyaki sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
