Description

A comforting Tuscan-inspired dish of creamy butter beans, fresh spinach, and sweet sun-dried tomatoes, perfect for a quick and nutritious meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
