Description

A delightful combination of crispy, buttery buns and a savory beef filling, perfect for cozy family gatherings or weeknight meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Butter for toasting the buns

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s nicely browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet; cook until softened and translucent.
  3. Stir in the sour cream, followed by salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Remove from heat and fold in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted.
  5. In a separate pan, melt butter and toast the sides of each hamburger bun until golden brown.
  6. Spoon the beef and cheese mixture onto the bottom half of each bun, then top with the other half.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
