- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- Butter for toasting the buns
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s nicely browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet; cook until softened and translucent.
- Stir in the sour cream, followed by salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and fold in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted.
- In a separate pan, melt butter and toast the sides of each hamburger bun until golden brown.
- Spoon the beef and cheese mixture onto the bottom half of each bun, then top with the other half.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
