Description

A quick and delicious meal featuring ground turkey, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and sriracha, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (or to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice (for serving)
  • Green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Cook ground turkey in the pan, breaking into pieces, until browned and fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes).
  4. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, and sriracha in a small bowl.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture over the cooked turkey and stir to combine, heating through for another minute or two.
  6. Serve the turkey over cooked rice and garnish with sliced green onions.

Notes

When selecting ground turkey, opt for 85% lean for the best flavor. Adjust spice levels with more or less sriracha as desired.
