Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Cook ground turkey in the pan, breaking into pieces, until browned and fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes).
- Whisk together honey, soy sauce, and sriracha in a small bowl.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the cooked turkey and stir to combine, heating through for another minute or two.
- Serve the turkey over cooked rice and garnish with sliced green onions.
Notes
When selecting ground turkey, opt for 85% lean for the best flavor. Adjust spice levels with more or less sriracha as desired.
