Description

A warm slice of bread topped with juicy peaches and creamy burrata, drizzled with balsamic glaze and fresh basil.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large peach, sliced
  • 4 ounces burrata cheese
  • 4 slices of bread (sourdough or ciabatta)
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet over medium heat.
  2. Brush both sides of the bread slices with olive oil.
  3. Grill each side of the bread for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Add slices of peach and generous spoonfuls of burrata cheese on each slice.
  5. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the toast and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.

Notes
