- 1 large peach, sliced
- 4 ounces burrata cheese
- 4 slices of bread (sourdough or ciabatta)
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- Fresh basil leaves
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet over medium heat.
- Brush both sides of the bread slices with olive oil.
- Grill each side of the bread for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Add slices of peach and generous spoonfuls of burrata cheese on each slice.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the toast and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
Notes
Be careful not to overcook the bread while grilling. Allow the peaches to reach room temperature for enhanced flavor.
