Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Wooden skewers (soaked in water if grilling)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional garnishes: chopped green onions, sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  2. Make the bang bang sauce by combining mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, soy sauce, and lime juice in a bowl.
  3. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper and coat in cornstarch.
  4. Thread the seasoned chicken onto the soaked skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  6. Brush the skewers with the bang bang sauce during the last few minutes of grilling.
