Ingredients

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Fold in the crumbled blue cheese, taking care not to overmix.
- Taste the dressing and add salt as needed, then mix again for even seasoning.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to blend the flavors.
- Serve over salads or as a dip for vegetables and enjoy!
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise. Adjust seasonings based on your preference.
