Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a baking sheet.
- Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Cut in the chilled butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla extract gently.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently. Pat into a round and cut out biscuits.
- Bake the biscuits for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Assemble the biscuits with sliced strawberries and whipped cream, and serve immediately.
