Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Mix together the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs and allow excess to drip off.
- Coat each chicken breast thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture and place on a plate.
- Fry the chicken in a skillet with oil over medium heat until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Bake the fried chicken on a prepared baking sheet for 15-20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove from oven and let rest before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
