Description

Deliciously crispy potatoes coated with Parmesan cheese and infused with garlic, perfect for any family gathering or cozy dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Rinse the baby potatoes under cold water.
  3. Boil the potatoes in a pot of salted water for 15-20 minutes until fork-tender.
  4. Drain the potatoes and allow to cool slightly.
  5. Toss the potatoes with olive oil until evenly coated.
  6. Smash each potato gently with a fork or potato masher.
  7. Sprinkle minced garlic and grated Parmesan over the smashed potatoes.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden-brown and crispy.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
