Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a muffin tin by lining it with paper liners.
  2. Mix together the apple butter, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently. If desired, fold in chopped apples and nuts.
