Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt and impurities.
  3. Cut them into wedges of uniform size.
  4. Combine the potato wedges in a large mixing bowl with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
  5. Toss the wedges until well-coated with the oil and spices.
  6. Spread the potato wedges on a prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
