Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt and impurities.
- Cut them into wedges of uniform size.
- Combine the potato wedges in a large mixing bowl with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
- Toss the wedges until well-coated with the oil and spices.
- Spread the potato wedges on a prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Return to the oven for an additional five minutes until the cheese melts.
