- 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
- 8 slider buns
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Garlic powder to taste
- Onion powder to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sauté the roast beef in a skillet with melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and onion powder until heated through.
- Assemble the sliders with the bottom halves of the buns, sautéed beef, and Swiss cheese.
- Top with the top halves of the slider buns.
- Add beef broth into the baking dish around the sliders.
- Bake covered with foil for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm, encouraging dipping into the beef broth.
