- 2 cups Fresh tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup Fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
- Salt to taste

- 1 Baguette or Italian bread, sliced
Instructions
- Combine diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Stir gently and let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the sliced baguette on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
- Brush each slice generously with olive oil.
- Toast the bread in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Spoon the marinated tomato mixture onto each warm slice of bread.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
