Instructions
- Mix the Base Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut or almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the Dry Ingredients: Stir in rolled oats, chocolate chips, salt, and baking powder until well combined.
- Portion the Dough: Scoop the mixture into your desired portions using a cookie scoop or tablespoon.
- Chill in the Refrigerator: Cover and chill the dough for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
