Description

Zesty grilled chicken breasts marinated in a fresh lemon herb mixture, perfect for summer barbecues.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 lemons (juiced)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are coated. Seal and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the chicken on the grill.
  5. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the chicken is fully cooked.
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Enjoy the grilled chicken with your choice of sides.

Notes

Marinate chicken for at least one hour or overnight for enhanced flavor. Do not overcrowd the grill for even cooking.
