- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Prepare the mango salsa by combining diced mango, red onion, red bell pepper, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Brush both sides of the halibut fillets with olive oil and generously season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the halibut fillets for about 4-5 minutes per side until opaque and flaky.
- Serve the grilled halibut topped with the prepared mango salsa.
Notes
