Description

Ingredients

  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 large onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Turkey Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Use your hands to mix until just combined and shape into patties.
  2. Grill or Pan-Fry the Patties: Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the turkey patties for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. Caramelize the Onions: In another pan, add olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and stir occasionally until soft and browned, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Toast the Buns: About 5 minutes before patties are done, toast the hamburger buns until lightly golden.
