Description

Satisfying and flavorful Halal Beef Kofta Skewers perfect for family gatherings or cozy nights at home.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (halal)
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Mix the ground beef with the finely chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Add cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper to enhance the flavors. Mix everything together until well combined.
  2. Shape a handful of the meat mixture into small oval-shaped patties or mold it around skewers.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the skewers for approximately 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
  5. Serve with a dip or side of your choice, and enjoy.

Notes
