- 1 lb ground beef (halal)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Mix the ground beef with the finely chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Add cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper to enhance the flavors. Mix everything together until well combined.
- Shape a handful of the meat mixture into small oval-shaped patties or mold it around skewers.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill the skewers for approximately 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
- Serve with a dip or side of your choice, and enjoy.
