Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by washing kale, removing stems, and chopping.
- Combine the chopped kale, green apple chunks, and banana pieces in a blender.
- Pour in the almond milk and add honey or maple syrup if using.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
- Add ice cubes if desired and blend again until fully incorporated.
