Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Mix softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth.
- Add the dry mixture into the wet mixture and mix until a dough forms.
- Scoop tablespoons of dough, roll into balls, and flatten slightly on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Let cool before serving.
