Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 small tortillas
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Tzatziki sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a mixing bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly with your spice mixture.
  4. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  5. Remove from heat, let it rest, and then slice into thin strips.
  6. Warm the tortillas on the grill or in a pan until soft.
  7. Assemble the tacos with chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, feta cheese, and parsley.
  8. Drizzle with tzatziki sauce if desired.
