- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 4 small tortillas
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Tzatziki sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a mixing bowl.
- Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly with your spice mixture.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Remove from heat, let it rest, and then slice into thin strips.
- Warm the tortillas on the grill or in a pan until soft.
- Assemble the tacos with chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, feta cheese, and parsley.
- Drizzle with tzatziki sauce if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
