Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Combine the rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Mix the almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
  5. Fold in the mixed berries and chopped nuts gently.
  6. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and bake for about 30-35 minutes until golden brown and set.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes
