Description

A comforting dish of roasted sweet potatoes with toasted pecans and drizzled with maple syrup, perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 Sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into 1-inch cubes.
  3. Toss the cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  4. Spread the seasoned sweet potatoes on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Add the pecans and drizzle maple syrup five minutes before removing from the oven.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
