- 1 red bell pepper, diced

- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Once it reaches al dente, drain it in a colander and let it cool.
- Combine the cooled pasta, sweet corn, diced red bell pepper, finely chopped red onion, diced avocado, and chopped cilantro in a large mixing bowl. Stir gently to combine.
- Make the dressing by whisking together the fresh lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Dress the salad by pouring the dressing over the pasta salad mixture and tossing gently until everything is evenly coated.
