Description

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together softened butter and granulated sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy (about 3-5 minutes).
  3. Add vanilla extract, almond extract, and egg yolk to the mixture, mixing well until smooth.
  4. Incorporate the milk into the mixture.
  5. Gradually add flour, stirring gently until a smooth dough forms.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and sprinkles (if using).
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto lined baking sheets, spacing them apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden and centers remain soft.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
