Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cherries, pitted
  • 1 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • Ice
  • Lime slices and cherries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Begin by pitting the fresh cherries. Place them in a blender with one cup of water. Blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth consistency.
  2. Once blended, pour the mixture through a fine sieve into a bowl to remove any pulp and skins.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine the cherry juice with fresh lime juice and sugar. Add the remaining three cups of water to the mix.
  4. Gently stir the mixture until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  5. Fill your glasses with ice cubes and pour the cherry limeade over the ice.
  6. Finally, garnish each glass with a slice of lime and a whole cherry.

Notes

Store any leftover cherry limeade in the refrigerator for up to three days.
