- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to create the glaze.
- Place the salmon fillets in the center of the baking sheet and arrange the asparagus around them.
- Drizzle the glaze evenly over the salmon and asparagus.
- Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and asparagus is bright and tender.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
