Description

A delightful dish combining sweet and savory flavors with tender salmon fillets glazed with honey-balsamic mixture and served alongside crisp-tender asparagus.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to create the glaze.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the center of the baking sheet and arrange the asparagus around them.
  4. Drizzle the glaze evenly over the salmon and asparagus.
  5. Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and asparagus is bright and tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, pat the salmon dry before glazing. Monitor closely to avoid overcooking.
