- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup fresh figs, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix the ricotta cheese, heavy cream, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Add the chopped fresh figs and gently fold them into the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until soft-serve consistency.
- Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Serve the ice cream in bowls and drizzle with honey before enjoying.
