- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
- Add the carrot sticks to the bowl with the marinade and toss gently.
- Place the marinated carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast the carrots for 20 to 25 minutes, checking for tenderness.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving warm.
