Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  3. Add the carrot sticks to the bowl with the marinade and toss gently.
