Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread in the skillet, butter-side down.
- Add the shredded cheese evenly on top of the bread.
- Sprinkle the fresh blueberries over the cheese.
- Drizzle honey on top if desired, and season with salt and pepper.
- Complete the sandwich with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Cook until the first side is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes; then flip and grill the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
