- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your baking dish.
- Mix together the all-purpose flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Cut in the cold, cubed butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Pour in the milk and stir gently until combined, taking care not to over-mix.
- Fold in the crumbled turkey bacon and chopped pecans.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, brush with melted butter, and drizzle with maple syrup.
- Cut the dough into strips and roll each strip up tightly, placing them seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown, then let cool slightly before serving.
