Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hazelnut flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin pan with liners.
  2. Mix together the hazelnut flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Pour in the melted unsalted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips gently to combine.
  5. Fill each muffin liner about two-thirds full with the batter.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, testing for doneness with a toothpick.
  7. Cool the brownies in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
