Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin pan with liners.
- Mix together the hazelnut flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
- Pour in the melted unsalted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips gently to combine.
- Fill each muffin liner about two-thirds full with the batter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, testing for doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool the brownies in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
