Description

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the buttery mixture over the salmon and ensure they are well coated.
  5. Add lemon slices on top of each salmon fillet.
