- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together the melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in a baking dish.
- Pour the buttery mixture over the salmon and ensure they are well coated.
- Add lemon slices on top of each salmon fillet.
- Transfer the baking dish to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, checking for doneness.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
