Description

Delight in the comforting flavors of No Bake Strawberry Pretzel Dessert Bars, featuring a crunchy pretzel crust and creamy strawberry filling, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups pretzel sticks
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 package (6 oz) strawberry gelatin mix
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup boiling water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F if you are baking the pretzels to crisp them up. Crush the pretzel sticks into small pieces.
  2. Mix the crushed pretzel pieces with melted butter and granulated sugar in a large bowl. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to form a crust.
  3. Bake the pretzel crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then remove and allow to cool completely.
  4. Beat together softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping until combined.
  5. Dissolve the strawberry gelatin mix in boiling water and stir until fully dissolved. Add in the sliced strawberries and let cool slightly.
  6. Pour the strawberry mixture over the cream cheese layer in the pan and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  7. Slice into bars and serve chilled.

Notes

Make ahead of time and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
