Scale
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 pound of baby potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

  2. In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  5. Place the chicken on the baking sheet among the potatoes.
  6. Drizzle garlic butter over the chicken and potatoes.
