- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breast, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for about 6-8 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in the chicken broth, penne pasta, BBQ sauce, and honey until well combined.
- Bring the mixture to a boil by increasing the heat slightly.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and allow it to simmer for 12-15 minutes until the pasta is tender.
- Combine everything together in the skillet and remove from heat.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm.
