Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breast, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for about 6-8 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  2. Stir in the chicken broth, penne pasta, BBQ sauce, and honey until well combined.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil by increasing the heat slightly.
  4. Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and allow it to simmer for 12-15 minutes until the pasta is tender.
  5. Combine everything together in the skillet and remove from heat.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm.
