A delightful combination of creamy cheesecake and sweet, buttery pecan topping on a crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup butter (melted)
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup pecans (chopped)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup corn syrup
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
- Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over the crust and bake for 20-22 minutes.
- Combine brown sugar, corn syrup, and butter in a saucepan and boil for 3 minutes, then add pecans.
- Pour pecan topping over cheesecake and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate to set before cutting into bars.

Keep bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
