- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until soft, about 3-4 minutes.
- Cook the ground turkey in the skillet until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Mix in the diced bell pepper and can of diced tomatoes, then sprinkle with chili powder and cumin.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until flavors meld.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
