A refreshing iced tea made with dried hibiscus flowers and mixed berries, perfect for warm days and gatherings.
Ingredients

- 2 cups dried hibiscus flowers
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup honey or sugar (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Boil the water in a pot until rolling.
- Add the dried hibiscus flowers to the boiling water and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a pitcher and discard the flowers; let it cool to room temperature.
- Sweeten the tea with honey or sugar, if desired, then stir in the mixed berries.
- Refrigerate the pitcher for at least one hour to chill.
- Serve the tea over ice cubes in glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Notes
Customize sweetness and berry varieties based on personal preference. Avoid over-simmering the hibiscus to prevent bitterness.
