Description

A delightful blend of green tea and fresh strawberries, perfect for hot days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 green tea bags
  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 12 tablespoons of honey or sugar (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a saucepan.
  2. Add green tea bags to the hot water and steep for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bags and allow the brewed tea to cool to room temperature.
  4. Combine the cooled tea with sliced strawberries in a pitcher.
  5. Add honey or sugar to taste.
  6. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
