- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon rose water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sugar (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until it’s exceptionally smooth and creamy.
- Add the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, rose water, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Incorporate sugar (if desired) and salt, mixing to taste for adjustments.
- Fold in the chopped pistachios gently.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer the soft ice cream into an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Serve the ice cream in bowls or cones and enjoy!
Notes
Allow the ice cream to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping if it hardens too much.
