Description

A creamy and delightful homemade ice cream infused with the exquisite flavors of rose and pistachio, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon rose water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until it’s exceptionally smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, rose water, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. Incorporate sugar (if desired) and salt, mixing to taste for adjustments.
  4. Fold in the chopped pistachios gently.
  5. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  6. Transfer the soft ice cream into an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  7. Serve the ice cream in bowls or cones and enjoy!

Notes

Allow the ice cream to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping if it hardens too much.
