Description

A quick and healthy dish featuring salmon fillets and asparagus, all roasted together with a bright lemon herb marinade.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 2 lemons (one sliced, one for juicing)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet and surround with asparagus.
  4. Drizzle the marinade over the salmon and asparagus, ensuring everything is well-coated.
  5. Top the salmon with lemon slices.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until salmon is flaky and asparagus is tender.
  7. Enjoy! Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Use fresh herbs for a more vibrant flavor. Be careful not to overcook the salmon.
