Instructions
- Season the beef brisket generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Place the sliced onion and minced garlic at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Lay the seasoned brisket on top of the onion and garlic mixture.
- Pour the sweet BBQ sauce and beef broth over the brisket.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it on low for about 480 minutes.
- Remove the brisket from the slow cooker, slice it against the grain, and serve with BBQ sauce.
