- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
- Prepare the Slow Cooker: Start by placing the sliced onion and minced garlic at the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Season the Pork: Rub the pork shoulder with paprika, salt, and black pepper, then place it on top of the onions and garlic.
- Add BBQ Sauce: Pour the BBQ sauce over the seasoned pork, making sure it’s well coated.
- Set the Slow Cooker: Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
- Shred and Combine: Once cooked, shred the pork with forks and mix it with the sauce in the slow cooker.
- Assemble the Sandwich: Serve the pulled pork on buns and top with coleslaw if desired.
